The J-Teck team is a partnership between the Italian plant and the U.S. office. The two offices work together to provide customers with great quality ink and customer service. Just a phone call away, the U.S. office can provide a personal touch from a multilingual staff.
The U.S. staff provides technical support and product information that can help guide customers to the correct J-Teck product for their printing needs. With a complete stock of all the J-Teck products, shipment can be effected within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Customer service does not end with delivery of the product
The U.S. works in conjunction with the Italian office for advanced technical support and operational questions in solving any challenges customers might face. The chemists and technicians work together in the lab which has all major printers including those with Ricoh and Kyocera print heads.
