J-Teck offers a wide variety of support to meet the specific needs of each customer.

Our customers can receive phone support for any printing problem even if it doesn’t seem related to the ink. J-Teck USA has direct phone lines open that are answered by real people. We will be pleased to discuss or go over any problem you may have.

If we don’t fully understand your problem, we’ll be happy to ask the technical service manager and the chemist at the plant in Italy. At our manufacturing site we have most major brands of printers in our J-Lab; Roland, Mutoh, Mimaki, Dgen, Epson, MS and more. Not only are we familiar working with these printers, but we can also do testing for you as well.

For customers needing on site assistance, J-Teck has certified technicians that can visit your facility for maintenance, repairs and color management. We are qualified on most printers and with most software.
