Under the constant research for innovative ink solutions for higher performance, J-Lab created Nanodot technology. It reduces the pigment particles to submicron nano size so that they appear as dust. The nano particles are then suspended in a liquid carrier, which has no aclophenyls. The advantage of nano-dot technology results from reduced dye particles. A higher concentration of dye is thus available. The smaller particles also have less friction through the print heads, they dry faster, and have greater penetration through the textiles.

Nanodot Technology grants an optimal pigment dispersion thanks to a combined technique of reduction in nano particles together with a process of surface fixation of active ionic polymers of the particles themselves.

The advantages of this new technology are many: improved fluidity of the ink through the printing heads, fast drying on the sublimation paper, better stability during transport and storage. All these factors undoubtedly improve the performance of the ink with subsequent benefits to the printing heads and the printing system in general.
